Yes. Ella for Spam Control supports an unlimited number of unique users on a single PC. Each user can install and run Ella for Spam Control independently of other users.

Will Ella for Spam Control work with multiple Outlook profiles or Outlook Express Identities?
Yes. Ella for Spam Control supports multiple profiles and identities in Outlook or Outlook Express. Each profile has its own set of training data, Inbox, Later and Spam folders.

In Outlook Express, users that have multiple Identities need have Outlook Express prompt for Identities upon Launching. To do this, the checkbox for "Use this identity when starting a program" should be turned off on the "Manage Identities" dialog box.  For this to take effect, the user must Exit and Log Off Identity rather than switch identities. Switching Identities will prevent Ella for launching as part of the second identity.

What if I accidentally delete one of the Ella Review Folders - how do I get it back?
If you happen to be positioned on a folder instead of an email item, Outlook or Outlook Express will delete the entire folder. This normally means that it will move that folder to be a subfolder underneath the "Deleted Items" folder. You need only locate the folder by pressing the (+) plus sign to the left of the Deleted Items folder name, select the Ella Review folder and drag and drop it to Mailbox - yourname. This will put it back to its correct spot.

If you are running Outlook XP – go to the View menu and select Outlook Bar. This is the shortcut list in Outlook. Select the Spam or Newsletter Review folder – and Outlook will then highlight its location in the Folder view. Select the folder and drag it to the root folder (usually personal folders or your name) – this will put it back where it belongs.

If you are running Outlook 2003 - go to the Outlook Shortcut button (bottom left button list). Select the missing folder's shortcut, then select Folder List button to see the folder highlighted.Select the folder and drag it to the root folder (usually personal folders or your name) – this will put it back where it belongs.
